Language of Intent

The Book

“If you don’t know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.” - Yogi Bara

Are you one of those people who feels that their life has been shaped by unforeseen events or subjected to the actions of people who surround you? Do you constantly replay a helpless litany of negative thoughts hoping that somehow your life will improve? Join Karel Murray as she explores how, as human beings, we want something deeper and now is the time to discover that you do have the ability to shape your life and control your outcomes by embracing the Language of Intent.

Take the journey and learn about the languages of Self-Created Barriers, Denial, No More, Reality, Belief, Intentional Contentment, Listening and Responding, Action, Leadership and Intent.

We crave something deeper, a profound understanding and meaning to our lives. And often, no matter how hard we chase it, the “ah ha!” moment escapes us, just when we thought we had it in our grasp. I believe we want the power to shape our lives and control the outcomes from our decisions.

What type of experience does it take to transform our thinking and determination? At what point do we look to what is possible rather than accept what is our fate or probable path to self-destruction? Everyone has their breaking point and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I believe that a breaking point is when we finally wake up and take a stand. We choose: the easy way or the hard way. We give in to circumstances we can’t control and begin laying plans for what lies next.

It’s our self-talk that sets the stage for the quality of our daily existence. Listen to what you are saying to yourself and evaluate it closely. Are you driven to lamenting all that you have lost or have you redirected your self-talk into the arena of understanding the cycle of life?

To truly respect our connections to each other, it is imperative to stop wishing for those things you want to do. Act!

Our intention regarding our lives requires that we consider what is in our hearts and truly understand what we want. We can’t keep waiting for that moment that will solve all our problems, or that solution that bridges the gap from a bad situation to a breathlessly great outcome.

To heal your heart is something only you can do with purposeful intent. Look beyond the pain and focus on the outcomes which are of value to you and yours.
