Delivery and Shipping Guidelines

Our Branch, Inc. ships product worldwide. Depending upon the size of the order, the US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express are the primary delivery carriers. Shipping charges vary upon the value of the order shipped but will not exceed $5. The fee is clearly outlined upon completion of the order when purchased online at the shopping cart level. All Sales tax payable for the product purchased are paid by Our Branch, Inc. on a schedule determined by the various states from which the order originated.

General Return and Refund Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for any product you purchase from Karel Murray, Our Branch, Inc. You may return any product purchased from Our Branch, Inc. within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. No refund will be processed if the product is returned after 90 days of delivery.

Refund processing will be done within 5 business days and your refund will be mailed to you. Contact Karel Murray at karel@karel.com and we will guide you through the return and credit process.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you wish to cancel an order prior to Our Branch, Inc. shipping it out to you, please send an email to karel@karel.com and place "Cancel Order" in the Subject Line, or call 866-817-2986. Please provide the details of your order so that it can easily be identified and the order terminated. A confirmation email of the cancelled order will be sent to you within 24 hours.

A credit for the order will be processed promptly. If the product has already been shipped, when you receive it, please return it immediately to the address below, credit will be mailed to you upon receipt of the shipped product:
